Camryn Cooks!

Both little girls have had their interest peaked at our school book fair by RECIPE BOOKS. Don't ask me why, I think they have some very suggestive/attractive pictures that obviously appeal to them. Caylin treated us with cinnamon and sprinkled pretzels (which all of us wolfed down before a picture could be taken - Darn it all!!!)

Camryn's first attempt at baking resulted in Fairyland Toadstool Cupcakes. Our only issue was the red didn't come out red, so we have pink mushrooms...they were delicious. We're so proud of both of them for their interest in the kitchen. Perhaps, someday, might they actually be able to cook dinner for (gasp!) us??? Wow....now that is a neat idea.

Camryn and I were at home alone, Rick was at the station, Caylin was at a friend's house sleeping over, Carly was out with her friends. So, Camryn and I decided to take the puppies on a walk. Overall, they did well. At first, they didn't know why they had the leash and harness on and tried chewing on them. Camryn was careful not to drag Twinkle and I was diligent at not letting Max attack Twinkle. We made it around our small block (1/4 mile) in about 25 minutes. They'll get better at it (we hope).
